Happy Family dinner is well priced and my family loves it.

Last New years eve I placed my order at 11am for it to be delivered for 6pm. By 7pm the food had still not arrived. I called and was told that due to the volume of orders they hadn't gotten to mine yet. I explained that is why I called so early to place the order and if it was going to be a issue I should have been informed then. By 8pm still no food. It finally got to our house at 830pm. The order was completely wrong. I called again after the holiday to seek some kind of restitution but nothing just a very rude apology.
