  Came here to have a good time for a friends birthday. Took a long time to seat us and when we tried to speak to them, they ignored us and kept giving us nasty looks. Not the best way to treat a customer!! The woman at the front, Amber, was super rude but our waitress was incredibly kind! Overall, mediocre service but nice food. Wouldn't recommend big groups to come dine here though.

  I've had the 4 cheese Cajun chicken penne probably 40 different times at several other turtle jacks (its all I order) and this one was the worst. Completely over cooked with burnt chicken. It wasn't just mine either, I saw 2 more orders of it come out and it looked the exact same. Got to fix it.

  Myself and a group of ladies from my team went to Turtle Jacks last night after we finished practice like we usually do (TJs has been our go to place). It was 11pm and pretty dead. I believe there was a single server on staff + the bartender (who was at the bar on and off) for maybe one or two other tables other than ours. We were a larger group (18?) but I was blown away how BAD the service was. 1) it took forever for anyone to come and see us to clean off the table and take our drink order. 2) we ordered drinks and food. It took forever to get our drinks and we'll over an hour to receive our food. Most people only ordered appetizers or wraps in terms of food...so it's not like they were cooking steaks. When one of the girls finally went to the back to see what was going on...after our hour wait, she had to walk into the kitchen to find someone (our server...who was texting on her cell phone) 3) when we finally received our food, those who received chicken wraps were not happy because it was soggy and bland 4) it took forever to get our bills to go home! Overall we were VERY disappointed with our experience last night and will be finding a different place to gather for food and drinks after practice.
