Twice we've had problems with our drinks. 2 times in one week. We were given half a cup of a drink one time and then a cup FULL of coffee grinds a week later. How the heck does that even happen?? Obviously both times the person KNEW that before they put the lids on. This location is going DOWNHILL very fast. Probably won't go back anytime soon. Will drive to a further location and not recommend this location to anyone.

Nothing wrong with the place and I am pretty finicky, but why do I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for a double double?
