  Water was stale and tasted like swamp water. Croutons were stale as well. Chicken was fine and so was service.

  Server did not want to be there. Never checked on us once. Not a good experience. The food was fair, but not great. Serving of plates was terrible. My pregnant wife was served chicken with more bones than meat! And to finalize they dont have freshcut fries anymore. Sorry Swiss Chalet im not comming back.

  Great Customer service with an online order mix up! First time for a mixup and didn't feel like it was an inconvenience. :)

  I usually frequent the upper middle Swiss Chalet. I tried this one for the first time. The food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Our server Amy was friendly and helpful and even tolerated my silly jokes. Good job.
