  Place was dirty. Unkept. Toppings were a mess. Many of them empty.

  I love this Subway and the staff. You'd get 5 stars, but your cookies taste like soap. I have eaten at subway for easily the last 20 years, almost every time getting cookies. Moved to Burlington, went to this subway, and every time I order cookies they taste like soap. My wife thinks they taste like soap top, so it's not just me. All the other subways in Burlington have normal tasting cookies, but these ones are like soap. I really hope they find out why and end up having cookies that taste like they are supposed to, because the cookies are one of the best parts about subway, unless they are over baked...

  Misleading staff. I thought I was getting their sub of the day, but they told me I had to buy a drink and chips for the deal price. They weren't understanding or helpful.

  They served me a piece of plastic in my sub. They didn't even give me a new sub or refund. I also received green roast beef on another sub.VERY disrespectful staff. Recommend not going to this subway ever. This store gives subway a bad name.
