Only been to this location once on my way to Niagara Falls. The barista did an awesome.job on my hot beverage and made the foam on top with the right consistency.

I'm a vegan who has ordered the white chocolate mocha for months. Making it dairy free with coconut milk and no whip. No one bothered to inform me that the base for the white chocolate mocha is made from condensed milk.

Service has been slipping at this location lately 4 or 5 employees working and still takes forever to get even a drip coffee. It seems that part of the problem arise from the use of the app (I do not use it) but it seems the interface must but clumsy or slow.
