- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had burnt cheese pizza with a questionable amount of cheese. Pre-ordered for delivery to a kids birthday party one day in advance. On the day of the party called again to confirm they had location for delivery. Both times agents very happy to let me know everything was good to go. No pizza showed up! Called back and was told the order was flagged for pick-up at the store.
