Chaps has a good variety of food and drink. Service is always good, staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and good bang for your buck. Their tuesday wing special has turned me into a regular.

Bird feces on the tables and chairs on the patio. Bread was stale. Service was slow. Charged us for condiments (frank's hot sauce) after we ordered fajitas. Older atmosphere. The area has much better options. Wouldn't recommend.

Burgers are so juicy and flavourful. Carrot cake is moist and melt in your mouth tender. All portions were very generous. .. everybody took home half their meal. Service was quick and our waitress Lexie was very attentive and knew the menu. Hope to see her again.
